Corrections and Takedown Requests

We want every page to be accurate. If something on this site is wrong, out of date or unfair, tell us and we will fix it.

Who can write

Anyone: a reader, a brand representative, or a rights holder. You do not need to prove who you are to report an error, but a brand's or rights holder's request is easier to act on if it comes from a company address.

What to send

Email contact@warrantyclaimguide.com with:

1. The address (URL) of the page.
2. The statement that is wrong, with the correct information.
3. A link to the brand page or other source that shows the correct information (a brand's current warranty page is ideal).
4. If you are asking for removal, who you are, what you ask us to remove and why.

What we do

• We reply within 2 business days.
• If you show that a statement is wrong or out of date, we correct it, usually the same day, and update the "Last checked" date.
• If we cannot verify a statement, we remove it or replace it with "Could not be verified; check the brand's page".
• Requests to remove a customer report or a source link are reviewed promptly; we remove anything we cannot support.
• We do not use brand logos or brand styling, and we do not claim to be endorsed by or connected to any brand. If you think a page suggests otherwise, tell us and we will change it.

What we do not do

We do not file or process warranty claims, we cannot approve or deny a claim, and we cannot speak for any brand. For a claim, use the brand's own claim form or customer service.
